Teddy took the time to really get to know our taste and preferences, so much so that we found our dream apartment on DAY ONE of seeing listings! He coached us through the whole offer and application process, and despite a bidding war, his personal touch gave us the upper hand, landing us our first home at a price we were happy with. We knew nothing about it at the outset, and we told him so, and he spent a lot of time on the phone and in person with us, laying out the steps we'd need to take and the questions we'd have to ask. He got our closing scheduled and taken care of on a pretty tight schedule, gracefully navigated a number of wrinkles that popped up, and even hooked us up with a terrific contractor to get the place painted and spruced up before we moved in.
