Teddy is absolutely fantastic to work with. He listened to our preferences and helped us find the apartment of our dreams. He was punctual, attentive to our questions, and worked very well with the other agents. We had a fabulous experience with him, our first time buying an apartment. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with him!
Teddy is great. We highly recommend him. We were first-time homebuyers, and he helped us throughout the whole process, from searching for the right apartment to navigating the world of condos and co-ops, preparing the board application, finding the contractor for our renovations, and finally, the closing. He is an expert, responsive, and kind.
My husband and I wanted to buy a pied-à-terre in Manhattan - preferably near Central Park - in order to visit our grandchildren, but neither of us knew how to navigate the NYC real estate system. We faced another challenge as we live in Colorado, limiting our ability to visit properties. A friend recommended Teddy Cafaro, and we met him on an earlier visit to NYC. Teddy's extremely accessible and easy to talk to. He explains complicated matters in an understandable manner; furthermore, he's a great listener. He was able to identify exactly the kind of place we wanted. Teddy communicated with us daily and kept us apprised of the market. It took six months and continuous long-distance communication, but ultimately we landed the ideal apartment. We highly recommend Teddy Cafaro. He's smart, knowledgeable, well-connected, and quick to respond.
We were so lucky to work with Teddy as first-time homebuyers. We reached out after our close friends worked with him and had nothing but good things to say. We were quite intimidated by the prospect of navigating home-buying in Brooklyn, but Teddy was incredible every step of the way. He was so attentive to our preferences and budget and showed us many great options that fit what we were looking for. When we decided to go for a co-op, Teddy was invaluable. He was very familiar and helpful with the co-op application and approval process. He is very responsive and was always available to answer questions or walk us through the next step. We really could not have done any of this without him. We are thrilled with our new apartment and highly recommend Teddy to help anyone with their search.
We had an amazing experience working with Teddy to buy our first home. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions, and he was endlessly patient, available, and kind. He made the process feel manageable and helped us land our dream apartment in Brooklyn. We couldn’t recommend him more.
